Terms of Service
Rules for using https://cs2p2p.com and related services. By using the site, you agree to these terms (and you should read Steam’s rules too).
Last updated: 27 March 2026
1. Who we are
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the website and services at https://cs2p2p.com (“Service”), operated by the operator of this website (“we”, “us”, “our”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Not Valve / Steam
CS2P2P is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Valve Corporation, Steam, or Counter-Strike. Steam, the Steam logo, Counter-Strike, and related marks are trademarks of their respective owners. You remain subject to the Steam Subscriber Agreement, Steam Refund Policy, and other Valve policies when using Steam or trading in-game items.
3. What the Service does (and does not do)
The Service provides informational and communication tools (e.g. listings, search, chat or live features as offered) to help users find counterparties for peer-to-peer trades. We are not a marketplace that holds your skins or money, unless we explicitly state otherwise in a separate written agreement. Trades are completed through Steam’s systems (e.g. Steam Trade Offers) at your own risk.
We do not guarantee that any user is honest, that any item exists, that prices are accurate, or that a trade will complete. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
4. Eligibility and accounts
You must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live and meet Steam’s age requirements. If you use Steam login, you are responsible for your Steam account security. Never share your password, Steam Guard codes, or API keys with other users or with us (we will not ask for them).
5. Your conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for fraud, scams, harassment, hate, or illegal activity.
- Circumvent security, scrape or overload the Service, or misuse APIs.
- Post false listings, impersonate others, or manipulate reputation or matching systems.
- Violate third-party rights (including intellectual property).
We may remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, and cooperate with law enforcement where required.
6. User content
You retain rights to content you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, display, and process that content to run the Service. You represent that you have the rights to submit it.
7. Optional paid features
If we offer paid subscriptions or fees (e.g. via Stripe), those purchases are subject to the checkout terms shown at purchase and our refund rules as stated there or in separate billing terms. Taxes may apply.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE (AND OUR AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS) WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR DIGITAL ITEMS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY TRADE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED EU (€100), EXCEPT WHERE LAW DOES NOT ALLOW SUCH A CAP (FOR EXAMPLE MANDATORY CONSUMER RIGHTS).
10. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify us against claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, your trades, or your breach of these Terms.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the operator of this website is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would apply another jurisdiction’s law, except where mandatory consumer or other non-waivable protections in your place of residence require otherwise.
If a dispute arises, please contact us first using the details on our Contact page. Where permitted by law, courts or tribunals with jurisdiction under applicable rules may hear claims that cannot be resolved informally.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new version and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.
13. Contact
For questions about these Terms, use the Contact page. Formal notices should be sent using the contact information published there, in line with applicable law.
